Abstract
DFT calculations show a perpendicular magnetic anisotropy and a giant unilateral voltage-controlled-magnetic-anisotropy coefficient of 7024 fJ V−1 m−1 in a Heusler-alloy magnetic heterojunction MgO/Rh2CoSb.
