Abstract

Colloidal two-dimensional (2D) PbS nanosheets exhibit stable excitons and highly mobile charge carriers (500–1000 cm² V⁻¹ s⁻¹) rendering solution-processed nanomaterials suitable for ultrathin optoelectronics.
