Abstract

We have fabricated and investigated the stability of a perovskite device of structure FTO/SnO2orSnO2-TCNE/MAPbI3/P3HT/Ag, in order to check its suitability to integrate with silicon solar cells for a futuristic monolithic silicon-perovskite tandem solar cell.
