Abstract

Here, we demonstrated a simple approach for constructing carbon quantum dots (CDs) and NiCo–P on Fe2O3 surfaces to form Fe2O3/NiCo–P(CDs) photoanodes, achieving one of the highest PEC activities of 4.26 mA cm−2 at 1.23 VRHE.
