Abstract

With the substitution of Bi(Zn_0.5Ti_0.5)O₃, a continuously enhanced spontaneous polarization up to 112 μC cm⁻² has been observed in (1 − x)PbTiO₃–xBi(Zn_0.5Ti_0.5)O₃.
