Abstract

A mesoporous type-II heterostructure, Dy-doped CdTiO3/ZnS QDs, was prepared. Taking advantage of the large surface area and considerable suppressing of the charge carrier recombination, this photocatalyst exhibits excellent performance for the degradation of MB and BPA.
