Abstract

Nanoporous polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/WO₃ composite coatings were prepared onto the hourglass-shaped AAO nanochannels surface, and an “ion pool” is formed. A rectification ratio of 2000 was obtained with constant voltage enhancement.
