Abstract

Chiral nickel(ii) bis(dithiolene) complexes based on the mono- and bis-methylated ligands me-dddt and dm-dddt are Mott insulators or band gap semiconductors, with their conductivity modulated by the counter-ion and the number of stereogenic centres.
