Particle size effect on the superconducting properties of YBa2Cu3O7−x particles

Abstract
Particle size is crucial for the existence of superconductivity. Below 100 nm they do not exhibit superconductivity and those around 200 nm exhibit coexistence between ferromagnetism and superconductivity. There is no size effect for particles larger than 250 nm. TC increases with the particle size.
