Abstract

Porous phosphorus-doped g-C₃N₄ (PCNT) has intensive oxygen activation ability to generate superoxide radicals, and can efficiently catalyze synthesis of benzoin from benzyl alcohol, with conversion rate and selectivity near to 100%.
