Abstract

Brominated cyclometalated iridium(iii) complexes can be fixed on mitochondria, display high anticancer activity, restrain TrxR activity, inhibit the formation of tumor cell colony and angiogenesis, activate caspase-3, regulate the expression of Bax, KI67, and trigger apoptosis.
