Abstract

Bone targeting: Poly(ethylene sodium phosphate) (PEP·Na) shows a high affinity for bone tissue in vivo. Due to its biocompatibility and molecular diversity, PEP·Na is a new candidate polymer for generating prodrugs for bone disease treatment.
