Abstract

Formamidinatoiodidolanthanoid(iii) complexes [Ln(Form)nI3−n] (FormH = DFFormH or DippFormH) have been synthesized in good yields by one-pot direct reactions of the corresponding free metals with iodine and DFFormH or DippFormH in suitable ratios.
