Abstract

Highly efficient direct transformations from N-alkyl protected arylamines such as N-methyl-, N-ethyl-, N-isopropyl, and N-tert-butyl arylamines into N-aryl substituted azacycles in the presence of TiCl₄ and DBU have been developed.
