Abstract

Solvent-free condensation of phenylacetonitriles with 4-unsubstituted nitroaromatic compounds to produce arylcyanomethylenequinone oximes catalyzed by KF/nano-γ-Al2O3 under HSVM conditions in moderate to excellent yields at short reaction times.
