Abstract
Germanium selenide (GeSe2), as a typical member of 2D wide bandgap semiconductors (WBSs), shows great potential in ultraviolet (UV) optoelectronics due to its excellent flexibility, superior environmental stability, competitive UV absorption coefficient, and significant spectral selectivity.
