Abstract
Photodissociation of co-ligand in cis-[Ru(phen)2(L)2](PF6)2 (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, L = isoquinoline 1; phthalazine 2), upon blue light irradiation was investigated via both experimental and DFT studies.
