Abstract
Manifestation of the counter ion mediated compatibility of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) and poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) (PSS-Na): Na+ ions form bridges between the sulfonate groups of PSS-Na and the OH groups of PEO.
