Abstract

We synthesize a hybrid catalyst of BSCF@CeO2-10 with superior OER and MOR catalytic properties, which can be ascribed to the stable phase structure of BSCF, enhanced OH− adsorption ability, reduced RDS energy barrier, and increased Co/Fe valence.
