Abstract

A dinuclear Fe(ii) compound has been prepared through the reaction of 2,5-dichloride-4-phenylimino-1,2,4-triazole (L) with Fe(BF₄)₂·6H₂O, with the formula [Fe₂(L)₅(SCN)₄](H₂O) (1).
