Abstract

SERS studies of intact erythrocytes and functional mitochondria are demonstrated for the first time using silver–silica beads prepared by aerosol pyrolysis with aqueous diamminesilver(i) hydroxide as a source of silver nanoparticles for SiO₂ microspheres.
