Abstract

Meticulously designed 3D porous core–shell Ni nanochains@NiFe LDH nanosheets bifunctional electrocatalysts outperform the state-of-the-art IrO₂ (+)//Pt/C (−) electrodes and most of the reported LDH electrocatalysts for overall water splitting.
