Abstract

The hierarchical ZnO-NAs sensor shows highly sensitive, repeatable on–off cycles and temperature dependent response to NO₂. The optimal process parameters of the MES-CHSM are presented to achieve optimal morphology, enlarge gas response and measuring range.
