Abstract
A simple and sensitive method based on capillary electrophoresis (CE) with acidic potassium permanganate chemiluminescence (CL) detection has been developed for the simultaneous determination of three alkaloids (berberine, palmatine and jatrorrhizine) in Rhizoma coptidis.
