Abstract

pH-responsive aggregation of Au–Fe3O4 Janus nanoparticles enhanced the accumulation in the tumor by the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect, and can be used in dual-modality tumor-specific imaging-guided photothermal therapy.
