Abstract

Ba3Eu(PO4)3 and Sr3Eu(PO4)3 were synthesized. Their crystal structures were refined and photoluminescence spectra were evaluated. The systhesis conditions for various eulytite-type phosphates with different cation pairs were also summarized.
