Abstract

The CDs (carbon dots)/MoS₂ nanosheets coated hydrogenated TiO₂ nanobelt heterostructures—referred to as CDs/MoS₂@H-TiO₂—with a three-dimensional hierarchical configuration were prepared via hydrothermal reaction.
