Abstract

We designed and synthesised the N-terminally labeled cationic and hydrophobic peptides, i.e., FFKKSKEKIGKEFKKIVQKI (P1) and FRRSRERIGREFRRIVQRI (P2) related to the human cathelicidin LL-37 peptide.
