Abstract

Single-crystal BiFeO₃/PbTiO₃nanoplates have been synthesizedviaa hydrothermal method, where BFO films selectively grew on the negative polar surface of PTO with a saturation thickness of about 18–20 nm and a room-temperature ferromagnetism.
