Abstract

PEALD was employed to coat the LiNi0.8Mn0.1Co0.1O2 electrode with Al2O3 and MoO3 artificial CEI layers. The artificial CEI layer can reduce the Li–Ni mixing. The electrochemical performance of different coating layers was compared.
