Abstract

We describe the synthesis and thin film fabrication of a new metal–organic framework (MOF), Fe(H₂O)₂(bpy)[Pt(CN)₄]·H₂O (bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine), with a three-dimensional accordion-like structure.
