Abstract

Er/Mn co-doped BiVO4 was synthesized via a one-pot hydrothermal method. Co-doping results in smaller crystal size and wider absorption edge of visible light. Er6%Mn2%/BiVO4 exhibits higher degradation efficiency than pure and single-doped BiVO4.
