Abstract

Wafer-scale CVD-2D MoS₂ layers integrated on cellulose TOCN substrates are configured into rollable 3D forms. These MoS₂/TOCN composites exhibit intriguing photo-responsiveness unattainable with traditional photodetectors of fixed physical forms.
