Abstract

Efficient charge transfer from in situ formed PtO_x to catalytically active RuO₂ in hetero-interfaced Au@Pt/RuO₂ nanowires effectively prevents the overoxidation of RuO₂ to soluble species during OER, leading to durable OER catalysis.
