Abstract

We report a procedure for large scale, reproducible and fast synthesis of polycrystalline, dense, vertically aligned α-MoO₃ nanostructures on conducting (FTO) and non-conducting substrates (Si/SiO₂) by using a simple, low-cost hydrothermal technique.
