Abstract
Organotin complexes, [R2Sn{SeC4H(Me-4,6)2N2}2] and [R2SnCl{SeC4H(Me-4,6)2N2}] (R = alkyl) were prepared and utilized as ssps for the preparation of SnSe2 nanosheets and thin films. Tunability of band gaps has been demonstrated.
