Abstract

We demonstrate a notable power factor and an extremely low lattice thermal conductivity in Pb₅Bi₆Se₁₄ (cannizzarite homolog), Pb₃Bi₂S₆ (lillianite homolog), and PbBi₂S₄ (galenobismuthite homolog).
