Abstract

Ionic conductivity of Li6Y(BO3)3 (LYBO) is enhanced by the substitution of tetravalent ions through an increase in the conduction pathways etc. Zr,Ce-doped LYBO can be used as an electrolyte for all-solid-state batteries via a cosintering process.
