Abstract

First-principles theoretical analysis of the electronic structure of Nd_xCa_1−xFeO_3−σ (x = 0.00, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 or 1.00, δ = 0.00 or 0.25) was conducted to understand the origin of resistance switching by doping.
