Abstract

Sub-3 nm metal-doped SnO2 quantum wires (QWs) were synthesized using a solution process. The sensor film prepared using W-doped SnO2 QWs at room temperature achieves enhanced low-temperature H2S-sensing with a record limit of detection of 0.48 ppb.
