An essential role of NAD(P)H oxidase 2 in UVA-induced calcium oscillations in mast cells

Abstract
UVA irradiation triggers calcium oscillations in mast cells, which are obliterated completely after siRNA down-regulation of NOX2 and its associated subunits, consistent with the fact that mast cells predominantly express NOX2.
