Abstract

Crystal structure of Li0.4WO3 bronze, showing 2a and 6b Wyckoff sites and LiOx coordination. Upon heating, Li+ moves from preferential 6b to 2a site, leading to thermal expansion anomaly due to interactions with the framework followed by WO6 tilting.
