Abstract
An exfoliation strategy of bulk CoAl-LDHs was developed to afford two-dimensional nanosheets by alkali-etching and Ostwald ripening, which exhibited superior catalytic activity compared with bulk CoAl-LDHs and commercial nano-Co3O4.
