Abstract

A novel Pb-doped TOC, Ti12Pb2, was synthesized, which resembles two {TiTi6} units of Pb-doped TiO2. Ti12Pb2 is isostructural to Ti14, but with 2 Ti4+ replaced by 2 Pb2+, and the performance of Ti12Pb2 improved 2.5 times than Ti14 in cycloaddition.
