Abstract

WO3 used as LBL reduces thermal damage in laser processing of TPVs. Improved yield from 50% to 83%. Transmittance and electrical properties optimized using hexagonal pattern. Proposed TPV (314 μm width) exhibits color-neutral, 65.84% transmittance.
