Abstract

Different types of defects were designed in K2La0.75Gd0.25Nb5O15 and the mechanism of point defects was revealed by the experiment and DFT caculation. A high Wrec of 5.02 J cm−3 and η of 85.6% were achieved at the lowest level of defect content.
