Abstract
Rhenium(i) based sulfur-bridged tetranuclear spiro-metallacyclophanes of M4S2L-type were obtained via oxidative addition of diaryl disulfide to rhenium carbonyl with the simultaneous coordination of the pyridyl moiety of tetradentate ptpc ligand.
