Abstract

We present a method of preparing highly efficient monodisperse Ag(In,Ga)S2, which suppresses the activity mismatch of multiple elements by using InI3. The PLQY value reaches 90% at 530 nm with an optimum FWHM of 31 nm by cladding the shell layer.
