Targeted DNP for biomolecular solid-state NMR

Abstract
In targeted DNP, localization of polarizing agent at specific sites leads to new NMR approaches to improve sensitivity, background suppression for in-cell NMR, access to long-range constraints, and selective observation of binding sites.
