These days, a variety of variables, such as stress, pollution, a bad diet, and a sedentary lifestyle, impair both men's and women's fertility. List a few to maintain the best possible state of both the mind and the body in order to reproduce, it's imperative to rid the body of toxins and provide it with the proper nutrition.
